Lifansze ships worldwide and provides all packages with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email update with shipping details along with the tracking number. You can follow the tracking information in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.

Express Shipping

Lifansze offers express shipping worldwide on all orders. The order may be delivered either by the local postal service or the local courier. Depending on your delivery location, most orders will be delivered by your local post service. The package will be received with your regular mail. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card and reschedule the delivery at a suitable time.

 

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are not included, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Return Policy

To return a purchase, please provide the right reason and evidence within 7 days, and send it to info@lifansze.com for further actions, because each product is handmade.

Once we approve the return item, the items should meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 14 days of the approval of return with Lifansze

  • Be in its original, unworn, unused and unwashed condition

  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

 

Way to institute a return

  1. After providing the right reasons and evidence for return within 7 days to info@lifansze.com

  2. You will receive a return authorisation notice, return delivery address and instructions from our customer service team by email reply.

  3. Pack your return item(s) with the original packaging.

  4. Send the return parcel tracking number to our customer service team once your return is delivered.

  5. Be notified by email once your return has been received.


Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Lifansze reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. No exchange service is available for the purchase made through the Website. We recommend using a traceable and insured return service.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 2 weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
